Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

Service Description
Moving sucks. You have a lot on your plate, you just don't have the time, or maybe you just don't want to. The Move In/Out package includes all empty rooms in the property with the exception of unfinished basements. This package also includes the inside of the refrigerator, the oven, the inside of all kitchen and bathroom cabinets, ceiling fans, baseboards, the inside of windows, and the plates to HVAC vents. ***Please note this package does not include steam cleaning carpets. Appointment slot is limited to 4 hours for houses under 1300 square feet. Larger houses are still invited to book a Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning and pay an additional fee of $60 per hour after the initial 4 hour block. Screaming For Cleaning supplies most cleaning products but you will need to supply a working vacuum, spray foaming bleach bathroom cleaner, and a toilet bowl brush.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling is accepted within reason. We completely understand that some things are just out of your control. During the holiday season (November 1st to December 31st) cancellations MUST be made at least 48 hours before appointment time and rescheduling at least 24 hours to receive full refund. Late cancellations/rescheduling have a $50 fee.
