FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Just in case you were wondering...

What's the difference between a maid service and a cleaning service?

Do you remember Alice from The Brady Bunch? She was a maid. Maids do laundry, dishes, wear uniforms, are at your home several times a week, and sometimes cook for you.

Cleaning services come to your home on a set day, give it a good scrub, and ride off into the sunset wearing comfortable clothes.

Is there anything you guys won't do?

Sure is! For everyone's safety we don't touch clothing, clean dishes, bed sheets, etc. Basically anything that touches your face/mouth we don't mess with.

As much as we love animals, we won't change littler boxes or clean up any animal waste.

For Insurance reasons, we don't clean the following items:

TV screens, computers, laptops, DJ equipment, bar carts/shelves/cabinets. Basically any high ticket item that would ruin your day in the event of an accident.

How do I know if I need a cleaning service or an organizing
service?

Don't worry! We can do a free consultation and go from there. There are even a few organizing services we work in tandem with.

What kind of products do you use?

Since the beginning of Covid, some cleaning products have been difficult to order so we use the best products that are available to us that we know from experience work great. If you require certain products to be used, you are responsible for providing them. Don't hesitate to send us a message and ask what our current options are!

Do you guys do dishes?

Kind of! We will load dirty dishes into a dishwasher and thats it. We don't hand wash dishes or put away clean dishes.

What about laundry?

Hard no for two reasons. One, Covid -19. We go in and out of a lot of houses and see a lot of people and children. Safety is a huge concern.

Two, thats something a maid service would offer, and that's not us.

Do you guys move furniture?

Safety is always a priority. Within reason we will. End tables, coffee, tables, light chairs, etc. are just fine but couches, dressers, hutches or anything else thats heavy is a two person job so unless there is someone in the home to help we can't do it.
